ALCO DL535e – HOn3
These classic White Pass and Yukon Alcos were only available in brass until now! Due to the limited number of mechanism options available, I’ve modeled both a scale version of the shell and a slightly oversize version that fits a HO Kato RSD4/5 chassis. The axles on these chassis can be narrowed relatively easily, or you can build yourself a freelance standard gauge version. There are slots on the model that fit KV Models’ etched handrail stanchions.
GE Class 90 – HOn3
Another WP&Y staple brought to life! The customer who commissioned this model wanted a freelance B-B version and a B unit, both of which fit on top of an Athearn Blue Box SW7 chassis. I also modeled a scale version for those who want to build their own mechanism.
