This download consists of a .zip file containing .STL files of the chassis, interior, two shells (single and double cab cars), a cosmetic coupler, and functional snap-in coupler. The shell and chassis should be printed with an SLA printer, while the interior and couplers should be printed on a FDM printer. You’ll need some 2-56 or similar size screws, plus one larger 4-40 or similar screw for the Bowser dummy truck. The chassis is designed to accept the Bowser trolley mechanism (#125110). Also included is an extra bolster than can be installed in the chassis so two Bowser dummy trucks can be installed to make an unpowered model. You’ll have to make the wire grabs yourself, though I’ve also included an .STL file of a jig I used to solder together the side end guards from brass wire.
(Models of the Bowser trucks are not included)
