This model was originally offered by Out of the Box Models in N scale. It was resized to HO scale and modified to accept HO trucks, couplers, and brake wheel. These unique cars were used on the NASA Railroad during the Shuttle Program to transport Solid Rocket Booster (SRB) skirts.
